Brief History |

The Lakes Golf Club competed in the Masters Pennants for many years before deciding to withdraw from the 1995 competition series. Kinglsey Wilson, then Captain of The Lakes Golf Club, approached the Australian, NSW, and Royal Sydney with the view of holding our own round robin competition. This was agreed to and on Wednesday 19th July 1995, representatives from each Club met at The Lakes after enjoying a friendly round of golf. |
